INSPIRATION
After graduating college, climbing the corporate ladder, and yes, right-smack in the middle of our careers, we found ourselves feeling like there had to be much more to life than just the monotony of the "daily grind”. We had achieved personal success, but you think of others. There are so many other people living a human condition, for many reasons, less fortunate than others. In adversity, we found people hold on to hope and seek to hold on to hope by many means; prayer, faith, symbolism.
We found ourselves at a pivotal moment with life-changing thoughts that I am sure, many of us think about from time to time. Where do we want to go from here? "Do on to others as you would have others do on to you". Isn’t there a way that we can help others with the experiences and skills we’ve acquired along the way? How do we find a way to give back? We have always dreamed of being able to help others, "paying it forward", we just didn’t know where to begin.
EPIPHANY
By chance, during our travels to Asia and India, we encountered the ancient use of crystal healing used in wellness and health therapies. During our treatment sessions, we explained what afflicted us and we learned from our healers, as they placed crystals along our spine to help heal and improve certain organ functions within our bodies. We felt so much better after our crystal treatments. We were absolutely fascinated and intrigued with the mystical and powerful science behind their use as an alternative therapy. We marveled at how these tiny crystal networks allowed for healing energy to flow into the body, as the unhealthy, faulty energy flowed out. We learned a lot about how powerful these crystal can be, and even more so, when combined with others. We wanted to create a discreet, unobtrusive, and beautiful way to hold the crystals close to the body. The bracelet concept came to fruition. We sought to go further and create bracelets with special recipes, holistic tools designed to target specific ailments or to enhance wellness; this is how Allay was born.

OUR MISSION, OUR VALUES
We knew, we had found our passion: A way of bring wellness, positivity, and the power of this alternative therapy to those who needed it. We started by developing natural stone beaded bracelets by hand, developing stone recipes for each one in support of a purpose assigned to each bracelet developed: jewelry with a purpose. Wellness, we've learned, stems from developing a positive mindset first, "Everything is possible", in order to bring about balance between mind, body, and soul. A positive mindset brings about balance of body and soul, but it permeates into every aspect of life; and every aspect of life, affects the mind, body, and soul. They are intertwined. So, we began with our handcrafted beaded bracelets, but we wish to produce products, "tools", "instruments" by which we can support the wellness mindset in every person who supports us. We have developed holistic spa products, infused with crystal properties to energize the body and soul. We have developed candles infused with crystal stone properties as well; meant to support intentions such as peace, energy, balance in the immediate environment which surrounds you. All in support of wellness. All stimulating senses in order to be able to relax, balance, and center ourselves.
So this is what we do. We develop products to empower others to get them through their day to day, to empower them, and not lose hope as they endure no matter what they are gowing through in whatever stage of life they're in.
